30 minute walk on an evening, a few times a week.
Pets can be excellent companions and interacting with them can help to reduce your stress levels and your heart rate.
Get a sense of purpose - take up a new hobby, become a mentor to others, do something for charity, volunteer - you will feel valued and happier.
